Each apartment has an area of approximately 44–45 m², carefully designed to ensure brightness, functionality, and comfort.

Bedroom: A spacious and bright master bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, and soft lighting that creates a warm atmosphere.
Living Room: An open-plan living area harmoniously connected to the kitchen. It includes a sofa bed or a fold-out couch suitable for one or two additional guests — ideal for up to 2 adults and 2 children up to 17 years old.
Bathroom: A modern private bathroom with a shower, high-pressure system, mirror, hairdryer, towels, and toiletries. It is located inside the bedroom with the double bed.
Balcony/Veranda: Each apartment features a private balcony or veranda with panoramic sea views — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or the sunset across from Hydra.
